Before we take you through a workout, we first want to take the time to find out what you specifically need by performing your first Assessment. This assessment includes a Cardiovascular and Strength test. It will determine what levels you are at so that the personal trainer may build a specific program for you to follow for 6-8 weeks. During this time, you will give the trainer your goals, expectations, limitations, and any questions that you may have. We will find out exactly where your program should start and what it should include to get you started right. This test will take about 45 minutes, and gym attire is required.

We do not recommend doing any physical activity prior to taking your test because it may affect the test results. Members who take any blood pressure medication are not recommended to take the cardio portion of the test because the results will not be accurate. Afterwards, the trainer will go over the results with you. A personalized program will be designed for you based off your results. Last, the trainer will provide you with 3 personal training appointments to go over your entire program.

  • General Nutrition Guidelines to follow: At Club Fitness we offer nutrition journals, eating plans, and guidelines of exactly what you should eat to reach your goals. Follow the plan laid out for you, fill out the journal and bring it in to your coach and you will not fail!

This new concept is set-up in a group setting with certified personal trainers using tools including kettlebells, sand bags, ropes, medicine balls, TRX suspension belts, and other fun, different equipment. This type of training is a great way to shake things up and give you a full body workout, burn a ton of calories, and get your metabolism going. A kettlebell is basically a weight with a handle on it that can be used for numerous exercises you don't typically see in a gym. It may seem intimidating at first and we highly recommend that you have an instructor teach you how to work out using them.
