Every BODY has different needs. You will not see generic programming at Club Fitness. Our goal is to give you a fitness program that motivates you and provides the results you want. At Club Fitness you will work harder, more consistently and more efficiently than you would on your own.
We will customize a training schedule for you with a Personal Trainer so that you receive individualized attention with every visit to the club. You’ll receive one on one support that will provide you with the knowledge and practical day to day skills to be successful in fitness. We are completely confident that our Personal Trainers will get you results!
Because showing up is the only way you will get results, our One-On-One Personal Training Packages include full gym access with program design for those times that you can't make it to your scheduled appointment. Additionally you will get unlimited access to our Go Performance Group Training sessions. There is NEVER a reason to miss a workout!
